Controlled Burn - Stafford - Saturday - May 6th, 2007 On Sunday May 6th the Stafford Fire Department conducted a live fire exercise in an old home at 9770 Roanoke Rd in the Town of Stafford. Pavilion set up a draft at a dry hydrant on Fox Place St. and Bethany laid a LDH supply line out to Roanoke Rd. Bethany supplied Stafford at the fire building as multiple hand lines were deployed around to protect the exposures. Departments assisting Stafford were Pavilion, Bethany, South Byron on standby in Stafford and York on standby for Pavilion. Story and Photos provided by Jay Lynch. |
