Structure Fire - Perry - Tuesday - September 26th, 2006.

The Perry and Perry Center Fire Departments and Perry Ambulance were dispatched to investigate smoke in the building, the former Champion Products, 18 Tempest St, Village of Perry the morning of Tuesday September 26th, 2006.  Perry 50 went on location, declared a working fire, and requested a second alarm.  Assisting Perry and Perry Center at the scene or filling in for companies at the scene was the following fire departments:  Castile, Gainesville, Silver Springs, Warsaw, Wyoming, Pavilion, LeRoy, Leicester, Cuylerville, and Mt. Morris.  Investigating the cause of the fire is the Wyoming County Fire Coordinators Office.  Assisting at the scene was Medic 80 from Wyoming County Community Hospital and the Perry Police Department.
