Controlled Burn - Nunda - Sunday - May 20th, 2007 Nunda Fire Department held a multi drill on Sunday morning May 20th. at 481 Springbrook Road in the Town of Nunda. The home had been demolished prior to today live fire exercise. A port-a-tank was set up at each end of the fire building & many hand lines were positioned around to protect exposures. Departments involved in the controlled burn were Nunda, West Sparta, Mount Morris, Cuylerville, Genesee Falls, Canaseraga, Castile & Dansville on standby for Nunda.
