Hay Wagon Fire - Bethany - Monday - July 2nd, 2007 On Monday July 2nd. the Bethany Fire Department was dispatched to a reported Hay Wagon - Field Fire fire on East Rd in the Town of Bethany. First arriving units encountered a Fully involved Wagon in the field with extension up the driveway and onto the road. Individuals with buckets were trying to control the fire that was rapidly approaching the large barn adjacent to the driveway. Departments assisting Bethany were Pavilion, Alexander, Stafford and Wyoming. Story and photos provided by Jay Lynch. |
