Barn Fire - Hemlock - Sunday - July 27th, 2008 The Hemlock Fire Department and Livonia Ambulance were dispatched to a reported barn fire at 4572 Clay Street the early morning of Sunday July 27th, 2008. Livingston County Sheriff's Office arrived on scene and reported a fully involved barn fire. Assisting at the scene was the Livonia Fire Department and Livonia ALS Medic 74. MVA - Hemlock - Thursday- January 31st, 2008 The Hemlock Fire Department, Livonia Fire Department, Livonia Ambulance, and Livonia ALS were dispatched to a reported 2 car MVA on Main St. Hemlock the afternoon of Thursday January 31st, 2007. Responding units found a serious injury MVA. Three patients were transported to an area hospital. One patient was pronounced Dead on Arrival at the hospital. Assisting Hemlock and Livonia were the Lima Fire Department and Ambulance, Mercy Flight, Livingston County ALS, and Honeoye Falls ALS. House Fire - Hemlock - Tuesday - September 25th, 2007 The Hemlock and Livonia Fire Departments and Livonia Ambulance were dispatched to a reported house fire on Tuesday morning, September 25th, 2007 at 7463 East Avenue in Hemlock. Hemlock 2602 went on location with smoke showing. A working fire was declared soon after. Investigating the cause of the fire is the Livingston County Office of Emergency Management. Assisting at the scene was the Livingston County Sheriff's Office and the American Red Cross. |

Structure Fire - Hemlock - Wednesday - September
12th, 2007 The Hemlock Fire Department and Livonia Ambulance were dispatched to a reported house fire on Main Street Hemlock the evening of Wednesday September 12th, 2007. A chief arrived and reported the fire out, however the house charged with smoke. Command requested Livonia Ambulance to check a child that had reported smoke inhalation. Investigating the cause was the Livingston County Office of Emergency Management. Assisting at the scene was the Livingston County Sheriff's Office. |

Camper Fire - Hemlock - Saturday - August 18th, 2007 The Hemlock Fire Department, Livonia Fire Department and Livonia Ambulance were dispatched to a reported trailer fire behind a residence on Main Street Hemlock the morning of August 18th, 2007. Car 26 went on location with a camper fully involved behind the residence. Assisting at the scene was the Livingston County Sheriff's Office. Controlled Burn - Hemlock - Sunday - July 1st, 2007 On Sunday July 1st. The Hemlock Fire Department conducted a live burn exercise at 4845 South Main St. in Hemlock. Two large piles of Trees, Brush and Old Building Material were the object of drill. Departments assisting Hemlock were Springwater, Conesus and Livonia EMS. Ice Water Rescue Training - Conesus & Hemlock - Sun.
- Feb. 25th, 2007 On Sunday February 25th the Hemlock and Conesus Fire Departments conducted Ice Water Rescue Drills on Hemlock Lake. Conesus Fire Department utilized there Air Boat for some of the rescue evolution's throughout the morning. Structure Fire - Hemlock - Monday - January 22nd,
2007 On Monday, January 22, Hemlock and Livonia Fire Departments and Livonia EMS responded to a reported structure fire with possible entrapment at 5074 Old Bald Hill Road. Car 25 arrived on location, reported a working basement fire and everyone out of the house. Richmond FD responded to the scene with a tanker and an aerial. The fire was brought under control in about 20 minutes. Livingston County Emergency Management also responded to the scene. Lakeville and East Avon Fire Departments filled in at Livonia. MVA - Hemlock - Friday - January 19th, 2007 On Friday, January 19, Hemlock Fire and Livonia EMS responded to an MVA on Route 15A, just north of Big Tree Road. Fire units found a truck into a pole. MVA - Canadice - Tuesday - January 9th, 2007 The Hemlock Fire Department, Livonia ALS, and Honeoye Ambulance were dispatched to a reported car rolled over and a subject trapped the morning of January 9th, 2007 on State Highway 15A near Old Bald Hill Road. Car 2602 went on location on State Highway 15A near Lawrence Hill Road with a car on its side and the subject out of the vehicle. No patient was transported. Investigation the accident is the Ontario County Sheriff's Office. |

Lake Rescue - Hemlock - Monday - September 4th, 2006 The Hemlock Fire Department, Livonia Fire Department, Livonia EMS and Livonia ALS were dispatched to a reported man in the water on Hemlock Lake the Labor Day Morning, Monday September 4th, 2006. The victim had been rescued from the water by a fisherman. Responding rescuers transported the victim to Livonia Ambulance by boat, where the victim was transported to an area hospital. An intense search continued incase there were more victims in the water, do to the first victim being unconscious. It was later confirmed that there were no other victims. East Avon filled in for Livonia and Hemlock Fire Departments. Lakeville stood by in Livonia with a Rescue and an additional boat, if it were needed. House Fire - Hemlock - Friday September 1st, 2006 The Hemlock Fire Department and Livonia Ambulance were dispatched to a reported house fire with people still in the residence at approximately 4:15am, Friday, September 1st, 2006. Responding personnel found heavy smoke showing and a person still in the residence. Livingston County Sheriff's Office Personnel were in the residence and convinced the resident that they had to leave. Assisting Hemlock was the Livonia Fire Department. Fill ins were: Honeoye Fire Department in Hemlock and Lakeville Fire Department in Livonia. Assisting at the scene was the Livingston County Sheriff's Office and the Livingston County Office of Emergency Management. |
